With a half-title. Front & back panels have a gilt motif around the edge. Scuffs and marking to the boards, corners bumped. The spine has been rebound. Six raised bands with gilt decoration, six panels are decorated with gilt designs. The 2nd panel is in red calf with title in gilt. Some very light spotting. Endpapers spotted & edges are browned. Extensive footnotes. The last twenty leaves contain a table and indices. Includes index.
